Chocolate Mousse
The kids got together this year and decided we
should bring back one of the most popular recipes, which just happens
to go perfectly with the 1990 Late Harvest
Zinfandel. Try it for yourself...
6 Eggs
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 oz unsweetened chocolate
Whip eggs until fluffy. Melt chocolates together and stir well. Fold
into eggs. Pour into wine glasses. Refrigerate 2 hours. Top with fresh
whipped cream. Serve with Late Harvest Zinfandel and enjoy!

Green Bean Salad
Great cool dish on a hot day
Dressing:
1 Crushed Garlic Clove
1/4 tsp. Dry Dill
2 tsp. Season Salt
1/2 tsp. Season Pepper
1 tsp. Lemon Rind (dry)
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
3/4 Cup Salad Oil

Salad:
1 Tbs. Chopped Pimento
6 Mushrooms
2 Cans Green Beans (Not French Cut)

Shake dressing and add to veggies and chill.
Best if made 3 days before needed.
You can use 6 cans of beans with 2 times the dressing.
